Analysis Of The Factors Of Chinese Civilian-run High Educational Institutes' Survival Crisis And Tactics Research

Since Chinese Revolutionary launched, those civilian-run educational institutes have been developed quite well. However, since 2003, those institutes seemed shrieked in a whole. Recently even have to face a crisis of survival. According to the theoretical research and the experimental analysis, it can be concluded that those civilian-run high educational institutes are now confronting those crisis: 1. its integration scale developed too slowly; 2. the quality of the students is relatively poor and the rate of losing students is high; 3. economical crisis; 4. teaching faculty crisis; 5. induction crisis; 6. quality crisis. Those crisis are not isolated from each other, but integrated together and act in mutual influence, so as to put the civilian-run high educational institutes in the survival crisis abyss.According to the System thesis, as a very important component of Chinese high education, those civilian-run educational institutes are a sub-system related to the mother high educational system. This essay put the civilian-run institutes into the mother system, analyzed the survival crisis from several perceptions including the whole scale of the civilian-run high educational institutes, educational faculty, induction rate, quality and financial crisis. Then find out the factors caused the problem. These factors include cultural factors, economical factors, policy factors, managing factors and competition factors.At the end of the essay, the author gave tactics research to the problem from the environment on which the civilian-run high educational institutes depend, the inner part of the institutes themselves and the strategic league between those civilian-run high educational institutes:1. the environment on which the civilian-run high educational institutes depend, including the system of organization; the function of the governmental policy ; the evaluation policy and the support system of the government;2. the inner part of the institutes, including the core competence; economical collection; management and recruiting policy.3. analyzed the importance of the strategic league between those institutes and give out the tactic research.
