The Research On The Issue Of Students' Autonomy In Areas Of Flats

With the continous penetrance of socialized reform of college anduniversity rear service, the rapidly progress changes the life style andspace of nowadays college students for its unique inner and outerenvironment. As the main part of areas of fiats, the consciousness of self.Democracy, service and the spirit of critique become stronger andstronger. Students'autonomy in areas of fiats plays a very important rolein education and management. So, how to discuss and research thestudents' autonomy in areas of fiats in both theoretical and practicalaspects seems to be very important.The paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is foreword.It introduces the background, meaning, present conditions, the train ofthoughts and the means of the research.The second and third chapters are mainly discussing the innermeaning of students' autonomy in areas of fiats in the aspects of moraltraining and students themselves. It expounds the theoretical basis andreality from all the angles then put forward the principle, function andlimitation of the students'autonomy in areas of fiats. It strengthens theunderstanding and knowledge for educators on it. This offers importantbasis for organizing similar activities in colleges and universities.The fourth, fifth and sixth chapters inquire into the material basis forthe establishment of all sorts of organizatons in the students'autonomyareas of fiats, what's more, it bulids up students'autonomy organizationsand management policies. This paper introduces some of author'sunderstanding, experience and thoughts on implementing students'autonomy in areas of fiats.
