The Study On Harmonious Human Relations Of College Students

The college stage is the important turning period that the college students are socialized ,it is also the period when they probe the life, know the society and master knowledge. In the course of college, the students create good relations by contacting and interchanging each other, this is the important substance and the basic condition for the college students mental and physical growth, it also helps the students promote their career development. In the background the central party has listed the development of harmonious human relations as one of the aims and main tasks of the socialist harmonious society construction, the college students are the reserve forces of our country development, so how their human relations develop is worth paying attention to. This paper bases itself upon political thought pedagogy, using the method of Marxism theory, combining with the theories of sociology, psychology and pedagogy. The paper approaches the times value of the human relations thought and harmonious human relations concept, it probe the reasons of the phenomena of the inharmonious human relations by analyzing the characteristic of the college students relations, putting forward different ways that help form harmonious human relations so as to guide the students to harmonious growth and promote their health.
