Studies On Doctor Over-education In China

China's doctor education has made great contribution to economic development, social progress and technological innovation in the past 25 years. As China's doctor education leaped to the front ranks of the world resulted from the "great leap forward"of doctor education since the turn of new century, however, the contradiction between the supplies of doctor education and the allocation of labor market became especially sharp, and the problem of doctor overeducation in China became more featurish meanwhile.Firstly, this paper reviews the course of China's doctor education, reaches a conclusion that the development of China's doctor education has a characteristic of cyclicity, and during its rapid dilation period, the emerging of doctor overeducation accompanies successively. The "great leap forward" in doctor education scale is the most important background of Doctor overeducation in China.Secondly, this paper makes a factual survey and analysis of doctor overeducation in China, points out that, by nature, it is a kind of "structural" and "relative" overeducation. Thirdly, in order to seek the reasons for its fomation, this paper makes an induction analysis on China's doctor overeducation.from economy, education, structure, work units' and individual aspects. Forthly, this paper emphasizes doctor overeducation may bring about great negative effects on society, economy, education, individual and family, as cannot be neglected. Finally, this paper also brings forword some strateges and concrete measures from supply, demand, structure and ideas to solve the problem of China's doctor overeducation.By employing the methods of comparative analysis, phenomenon analysis, induction analysis and synthetical analysis, this paper initially studies the concept, manifestation, nature, causes , influences and treatments of China's doctor overeducation, so as to ensure that education and economy develop more healthily, more harmoniously and more sustainably.
