Objective To study the status quo of human resources of yanbian area middle and primary school school doctor; Confirm the yanbian area middle and primary school school doctor emergency safety education and the present situation of knowledge; Analysis of yanbian area middle and primary school school doctor emergency safety effect.Methods Using self control class before and after experimental research design, selection of mind in yanbian region in2012primary and secondary school health education of the school doctor and part-time school doctor school health workers a total of299as the research object. All the data using SPSS for Windows16.0statistical software for statistical analysis.Result①School doctor mostly women, accounting for93.3%; The average age for43.74±8.78; Mainly college degree, accounting for41.8%; Professional distribution mainly on other medical specialties, accounting for68.9%; Personnel engaged in school doctor position accounted for51.5%; Have a first aid related three-month-long school doctor accounted for15.4%;②Open mind most of the schools have a safety education course, accounted for78.3%; As a teacher in the course, once a year to accept continuing education, accounting for64.1%; Accept continuing education department, the in the mind to accept education the education system, accounting for67.1%;③Student referral to a local hospital in one of the most common cause is a cold, accounted for51.5%; When students experience when abnormal situation occurs, the school most of the talking to parents, accounted for90.0%;④The emergency safety education courses to be taught to students of primary and middle school school doctor, accounted for63.2%; The largest number of lecture way is teaching blackboard writing,60.4%; Received first aid/safety education training school doctor accounted for74.2%; Receive training at the centers for disease control and prevention of accounted for74.8%;﹕urvey doctor awareness of the health risk behaviors of students that drinking is a health risk behaviors, accounting for88%;(6) hopes to open the emergency safety education programs for students, accounting for97%; teaching methods, the teaching methods in the media, accounting for57.5%; suitable as emergency safety education curriculum teachers to health (psychological, biological) teachers, accounting for38.5%; problems faced in teaching with no textbooks and related equipment, accounting for70.9%; contingency plans for the overall evaluation⑦doctor school where, in general, accounting for45.5%;⑧ After the intervention, changes in various fields of knowledge, knowledge of child health interventions before and after the greatest change (t=25.29, p<0.001), before and after the intervention of AIDS knowledge smallest change (t=3.35, p<0.001).Conclusion①school doctor still equipped with deficiencies, part-time job workers is overmuch, academic degree is given priority to with junior college, major is uneven, the medical profession than major, lack of emergency safety knowledge, advice should be combined with different school education professional school doctor, targeted for continuing education and pre-service training.②Safety knowledge training, the school doctor each domain knowledge level are improved greatly.゛fter safety knowledge training, the desire to improve their own quality of more intense, the relevant departments and schools shall create more conditions and open more continuing education courses, and encourage the school doctor took an active part in continuing education.④School doctor safety knowledge training is not the product of a one-off, but constantly and continuously modify and perfect dynamic process, so the mind to fundamentally improve the comprehensive quality and the overall level, should formulate a plan, a continuous education mode, make the school doctor continue education into lifelong education.
