The teaching value is the relation between the teaching activity and the main body needs, which should satisfy the needs of the value main body. The teaching value main body not only including the teacher and student who participate in the teaching value construction directly but also including the school, the guardian, the education governing department, even the country and so on elements. The Students are the main body and object of teaching practice but also the carrier of teaching value. The high school physics teaching value is a result which the value main body constructs together, this kind of construction follow the principle and rule of system science.This paper mainly studies the system construction of high school physics teaching value in four aspects: Basic teaching value; Value structure and level; The Characteristic and rule of Value system construction; Value main body' s role, status, behavior and sociological explanation in the value construction practice.The high school physics teaching value system which includes student obtaining the knowledge and method, improving ability and the scientific accomplishment, releasing individual energetic freedom and so on five basic values. There have inevitable relation between the five basic values and in the five basic value interior, which have formed the teaching value structure. The hiberarchy of Each basic value in the value system should be: take the knowledge as the foundation, take the method as the instrumentality, take scientific accomplishment as the safeguard, take the ability value of reconstructing the external world and observing the society as the center, take the spiritual free value of changing self-and contemplating the mind as the. kernel. The high school physics value system of the "double center " system construction will certainly to aim at people' s creation finally.The construction characteristic of high school physics teaching value is the inherent stipulation of the teaching value on the construction process. Many teaching value are on the process of the construction, not only have the common characteristic, but also have each only characteristic. Looking from the relation of teaching value, the construction of high school physics teaching value have the constitutive , compound, coordination and so on characteristics. To realize the teaching value fully, not only must study the teaching value constitutive property, but also must study the teaching value compound and coordination. The construction rule of teaching value is virtually the rule of teaching activity..Between the society, the student and the teacher in the teaching value construction field, not only have conflict but also have collusion, not only have competition but also have compromise, not only have contradiction but also have combination. Among them, the social main body (country, college entrance examination) own absolute preponderance because of the strong capital and the statepower backing, through controlling the direct constructer of teaching value--teacher and student, then dictates the direction and result of the teaching value construction. Teacher and student because of their respective benefit, although helpless, distressed, embarrassed and complaint, most times also obey the force from the society.Teachers and students in teaching value construction activity, Although has the control and the revolt conflict, moves towards identically because of the benefit consistent. At the same time, the two also display the respective subjective initiative outside this fully. Although has not consulted, they aim at the society's the constitutive restriction together, Seek the vacuum of power, to make a blue sky to release individuality and spirit. So, between the society' s constitutive restriction and the individual' s subjective initiative, on the edge of the ideal and the reality, they realize the current survival and the long term development of teaching main body objectively.
