Abstract: As the intrinsic attribute of human being, subjectivity is the core of people's fully development. It is an inevitable request to develop people's subjectivity for social progress and development. Preschool education should base on the real demand of the development of children and society, pay great attention to the construction of child's subjectivity, and encourage the full construction of children's whole qualities through them. As a main aspect of human relations, the communication between teacher and child has very important effect to construct children's subjectivity quality, form self-consciousness, perfect their personalities, promote children's life significance, and guarantee the enhancement of the education quality. It is not only the request of times, but also the inevitable request of safeguarding the education reformation implement smoothly through harmonious communication between teacher and child. Therefore, we must carry out the study of communication between teacher and child and the child's subjectivity quality, investigate present situation about the construction of the child's subjectivity in the practical communication between teacher and child, analyze its cause, and build up a strategic system that the communication between teacher and child can advance the construction of child's subjectivity.This thesis aims at making breakthrough and innovation on the basis of theoretical fruits for reference. The author makes effort to unify with the current practice of preschool education reformation, and makes a systematic and thorough discussion on the practical issue of the communication between teacher and child and the construction of child's subjectivity with the methods of literature research, inspection and interview.The thesis is mainly consist of four parts:In part one: the author clarifies the necessity, the backgrounds and conditions, and significances of this research, and then supplies the basic thoughts and methods of this subject.In part two: the author analyzes the connotation, characteristic and performance of child's subjectivity through the formation and development history of subjectivity.In part three: through the practical situation that child's subjectivity is suppressed in the communication between teacher and child: the losing of child's subjective status, the dependence and obedience under high control and restraint, and the fettered creativity with "uniformity" principle, the author analyzes the main cause: cultural inheritance, the influence of the kindergarten educational system, and the influence of teacher's individual factors.In part four: in order to construct child's subjectivity, the author combining together with the successful cases and failed cases points out several strategies. The educator should set up scientific conception of teachers, the conception of children and the viewpoint of relationship between teacher and child. The kindergarten must establish scientific, democratic and perfect management system and advance appraisal reformation of kindergarten education. The teacher implements four strategies of teacher abase, intellectual talks, emotion communication and proper supporting in the process of communication.
