The knowledge management is a new stage in the management sciencedomain. Along with knowledge economy is developing, the knowledge managementhas started to play the more and more vital role in the enterprise operation now. Theknowledge management will become the main tool and the management content in theperiod of the knowledge economy enterprise operation. The knowledge managementreceives not only the value from the enterprises, but also the attention in other domains.The inquiry learning was the hot topic of discussion in the recent years. It is aprocess which the students revolves certain question to conduct the scientific researchunder the teacher's instruction and help. It is the question study way through practiceingthe knowledge by oneself. Its final goal is to raise students' learning capability, raise theexploration manner and master the academic science study method. The inquirylearning is the study which carries on under the network environment. The students areactive learners, they use the network resources and the network tool to conduct theresearch in some question.The inquiry learning emphasis on the opening ande independence. It wants thelearner to obtain more knowledge with others cooperation to raise the self-ponder abilityand innovation ability and to enhance study efficiency. With information technology ineducation application, the inquiry learning Web-based provided the learner the morefree learning environment and the richer study resources. Since the knowledgemanagement has brought the bigger competitive advantage to the enterprises, itsimilarly can bring the vigor to the education.The author introduces the knowledge management in the inquiry learningweb-based, and research their application frame and pattern. The paper mainly includesthe following several parts:First chapter mainly includes the research reason, acdemic significance, the presentsituation, the research aim, research content, research technique and rationale.Second chapter is the correlated theories summary. It contain the research surveysin the implication, characteristic, procedure about the knowledge management, the inquiry learning and the inquiry learning Web-based.Third chapter refers to the application theoretical design about the knowledgemanagement and the inquiry learning based on network.Fourth chapter is the case experiment on the knowledge management in the inquirylearning based on network.The greatest characteristic of this paper: before studying knowledge managementunder the Web-based inquiry learning, This paper successively analyzed how to managethe human resources, how to manage the course of knowledge innovation andknowledge transform, and how to form and manage studying atmosphere.On this basis,the author studied on the knowledge management application in the Web-based inquirylearning in the theory. The author proposed systematic frame picture of informationmanagement in the Web-based inquiry learning and the study mode of Web-basedinquiry learning under knowledge management, and have done some analysis andresearch relevantly on the procedure of Web-based inquiry learning and the flow ofknowledge management. At last, the author analysed and evaluated the effect ofimplementation, and emphasized the key elements about the application of knowledgemanagement in the inquiry learning Web-based.In a word,research on the application of knowledge management in theWeb-based inquiry learning will bring about a positive influence in the reserve ofknowledge,the skill quality of teachers and students, learning efficiency and innovationability, etc.
