An Analysis And Solutions Of Corruption Problems During The Sports Competition

The scenery of sports corruption is referred to all the sports participants'(athletes, coaches, referees and other staff) improper actions which will be contradicted with the principle of"fair competition", damage the legitimate rights of the adversaries and audience and break the rules of the contest so that they can pursue their own or their groups'interest.According to the research, the main reasons for the athletics'corruption in China are: (1) In the new period of social transition, the new situations and issues become the objective conditions for the generation and spread of the corruption in sports (2) Marketing benefits become the subjective conditions for the spread of corruption in sports;(3) The accustomed social corruption breeds the psychological factor of corruption in sports; (4) The deficient Chinese gymnastic legal system and the unscientific sports management operation make the chances for sports corruption.Therefore, In view of the corruption of Chinese athletics, my research puts forward to the measures to control corruption of National Sports Games: (1) Reform the old sports management system, manage scientifically and strengthen supervision (2) Strengthen and improve the sports legislation and enforce the law severely. (3) Enforce the sports moral education, and establish a sound sports moral incentive and supervision mechanism (4) The participation of the entire society to create a good cultural environment for sports.
