Beijing Triathlon Sports Association Development Present Situation And Countermeasure Research

TriatMon the early1970s,originated in the United States,immediately popular in Europe and the United States and other western countries.China’s triathlon started comparatively late,but in our country has been developed rapidly.In1996with the active organization and promotion of Triathlon Association Competition,the Beijing Youth League and Beijing Sports Federation will jointly sponsored and established Beijing triathlon association. Association since its inception,has been committed to the Beijing area triathlon promotion and popularization.According to the triathlon organization theory rearch in China it is still blank,it greatly restricted the e development of the project organization.Based on the Beijing triathlon association as research target,the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and so on the many kinds of methods of the present situation of the nain problems existing in the research and analysis of its development models are discussed,and draw the following conclusion:1,association member age distribution is unreasonable,2,the association’s shortage of funds,3,association organization management is not perfect,the propaganda is not enough；4,and other triathlon organization communication is not enough.Five proposals are put forward:1,to strengthen publicity work to attract more young lovers to join triathlon movement.2,rich association content,attract and cultivate variety of triathlon lovers.3,broaden capital channel,diligently develops the market management mode.4,strengthen manage, improve and develop the service function of association.5,strengthen the triathlon between organization of exchanges and cooperation.Hope to provide theoretical support for the sustained and healthy development of the triathlon organization,as well as have an enlightenment function on development of the movement and the socialization of sports of the mass sports in our country.
