I used the literature data, a questionaire survey, the interview and mathematicalstatistics and so on to have a discussion towards the college sports association’s presentsituations and the development countermeasure in JiangSu Province. This case study iscarried out from the following points: the association’s function, the scale of itsdevelopment, the composition of its crew, student’s reaction during the activity, theprogress of the sports organization and its managements and communications, as well asthe restrictive factors and problems in its development and so on. So, appropriate methodshas been prompted, which aims to improve the organizational construction of the sportsassociation and make the best use of its function. From what I have discussed above, we can safely draw some conclusions.Fistly, According to the current development of students association, the scale ofJiangSu students sports association is expanding. All kinds of associations are springingup like mushrooms. As to the staff composition, schoolboys are in the ascendant and thedistribution between grades is significantly different. The number of freshman andsophomore is large. And there have a diversified choice for students to choose.Secondly, from the view of students participation in sports association activities fromthe present situation, the motivation is diverse and gender is different. There are morethan one way for stuents to join in the association and most of them are more fond ofparticipating at the site of activity. When it comes to the harvest, students take highlyspeaking in building a healthy body, riching after-school life, improving socialacceptability and making good habits of doing physical exercise.Thirdly, from the view of the development of sports association. It makes ampleroom for students to organize physical exercise, train and learn from each other, as well asplay wonderful game together. As to the range of activity, you could hardly notice thoseassociations, which organize activities only on the campus., because, most of those associations partly internal while partly external. Every week, the sports corporation willadvocate activities, while its time never beyond three hours. We can also see that, theequipment of the activity space is inadequate, while the free public place on campus ismostly frequently used. Participation methods of contests are trainning a team to playgames and organing students to watch the game.Forthly, as to the teacher’s part, the instructor is mostly invited by the sportsassociation or arranged by the school administrations. We can take the following factors toexplain why instructors have little experience. For instance, structor themselves have noenough time, association is short of incentive system, and school has no severe demands.Fifthly, from the point of corporation’s external communication, we can see thescope of communication is limited on the campus but the interschool communication isnot. The interschool communication are always carried out by friendly match ordemonstration learningin and experience sharing, while the association’s way is putting onplaybill, organizing activities and using campus broadcasting. In addition, publicitymethods are monotonoas without using modern network media. Finally, the factors in affecting the development of students sports association arevery popular topic which is much talked about not only in external elements but alsointrenal elements. The external factor is mainly reflected in many objective aspect, suchas: fussy bear, poor material conditions, lack of management and insufficient support aswell as inaccurate scientific planning. The internal factor which can be described as thefollowing parts: the association’s activities often sustain less hours and the area, structoras well as funds are inadequate, and the association member’s mobility and its ownevaluation system is not perfecting.
