Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Substantiation Reform Of The Jiangsu Outdoor And Mountaineering Association

With the continuous development of sports and social organizations in China,the substantial reform has become an important breakthrough to promote the development of sports associations in China.While the national individual sports association has made great progress in the entity reform,more and more attention has been paid to the local individual sports association.Jiangsu outdoor and Mountaineering Association is a provincial non Olympic Association.It is the first batch of experimental associations in Jiangsu Province to carry out the reform.Since the reform of Jiangsu outdoor and Mountaineering Association,the management system,staffing,funding,events and other aspects of the association have been improved.At the same time,it also reveals the association's problems in media publicity and market development.Through the research methods of practice observation,field interview and data analysis,this paper describes the operation status of the physical reform of Jiangsu outdoor and mountaineering sports association,analyzes the main problems faced by the current physical operation of Jiangsu outdoor and mountaineering sports association,and puts forward some suggestions on the existing main problems,combining with the characteristics of the association and the reform of sports associations in Jiangsu Province We should take constructive development countermeasures.The results show that: Jiangsu Province outdoor and mountaineering sports association has a good degree of entity development,and all aspects basically meet the requirements of the entity development,but it has not yet formed a real entity.It is necessary to further deepen the entity reform in terms of organization setting,staffing,market development,funding sources,media publicity and so on.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the essence of national and Jiangsu Province Sports Association substantive reform policy documents and relevant theories of entity reform,combined with the characteristics and development status of Jiangsu Province registration Association,this paper discusses and summarizes the problems existing in the substantive reform of Jiangsu registration Association,and finally puts forward constructive countermeasures and suggestions for the next stage of substantive reform of the association.
