Research On College Students Employment Integrity And The Relation Between Employment Integrity And Work Values

As a special community,the graduates will join to the society.At the same time, integrity is changed from one kind of moral exhibition of individual to the certainly qualification of the eligible member of the society.So it has the most important value to explore the status of the employment integrity of them and get to know the characters of their psychology and behaviors of employment integrity in order to provide gist to education.Base-on overviews of former research, open-ended questionnaire and deep talking with university and expert, this study forms the theory hypothesis and organize a questionnaire about college students employment integrity.with the organized questionnaires,explore the college students'employment integrity differences in the various background variables.Moreover ,the relations between employment integrity and work value is researched.And several suggestions are proposed to educate the employment integrity of college students.Through analysis and discussion,the main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1) employment integrity questionnaireThe self-made questionnaire has good reliability and fair validity.By using the factor analysis, the college students'employment integrity is a two level structure of six factors,six factors : lie,promise,distort,cognize,fulfil one's promises,willpower.The six factors were grouped into three second derivative surface:honesty and no cheating,recognize promise and fulfil it,integrity psychology.At last ,we choose two level three factors model.(2) employment integrity statusa.in the whole ,the status of college students employment integrity is trend to good aspect,the psychology of employment integrity is better than other fators.b.There are gender differences in college students employment integrity,girls employment integrity is significantly better than boys. c.There are professional differences in college students employment integrity.The academic students are better than science students'in cognize of employment integrity.d.Different work state to the college students employment integrity differences,and the differences in employment integrity mainly come from looking for jobs and not to do.e.There are no difference about employment integrity in different birth place and only-child students.(3)the relation between integrity and work valuesa.College students employment integrity and work values are significantly related.b.Regression analysis revealed that the development and reputation factor of work values and college students employment integrity of a significant return.
