Integrity is the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation as well as the basic moralstandards of the Chinese citizens.college students need to cultivate the good moral qualityCollege students are the hope of country and nation,so molding their quality of honesty andcredit and making them into habit of that are important ideological and political jobs.Thecollege students in the new age should necessarily and responsibly carry down and developsuch an excellent tradition.To promote the construction of college students' honesty is notonly the subjective requirement for college students' development but also the objectivedemand for the social development.It is apparent that the employment situation for college graduates has become more andmore serious in recent years. With the intense competition in employment, the phenomenon oflosing integrity in the employment is gradually foregrounded so that it has become the focusof public concern. Currently,it is quite an important mission for the Party and theGovernment,especially for the vast number of theoretical workers and educators,to solve thegraduates' employment problems. Employment is the basis of the people' livelihood;It is ofgreat significance to solve all kinds of graduates' employment problems and promote thebetter employment of students: it is the concrete exemplification of advancing the socialconstruction with the focus on improving the people' livelihood; it is the important duty ofbuilding a socialist harmonious society and maintaining social stability;it is an inevitablerequirement of constructing human resources power and innovation-oriented country; and it isthe important condition of maintaining the healthy and sustainable development of highereducation. Acutually,the appropriate and reasonablemeasures should be adopted to guide college graduates in their employment from theperspective of integrity,as has great significance to healthy development of our society.With this realistic question for discussion,using literature review and investigationmethod,Based on the profound connotation of integrity and its status in Chinesetraditions,with the analysis of the present state of integrity of college students,the thesis dwells on the necessity and urgency of cultivation of integrity and anatomies the perplexity ofcollege students' education on integrity for faithlessness and discusses on how to constructrelated educational system.and presents some strategies for coping with the issue so as to offersome meaningful reference for the study on college graduates' employment in good faith.
