The elementary education reformation made us focus on the influence of educational circumstance on people. The campus culture is to be an important part of the cultural circumstance in school. It can enter into the experience field of students, and work on their thought and behavior. Other previous studies on the campus culture construction indicated that the studies in grade and high school were less than in college and the studies on the material culture were less than on the spirit culture. However, the problems to resolve in grade and high school are more and more, such as the lack of management and function of the material culture construction and little attention to students' status. Herein, the material culture in grade and high school is to be improved on such aspects as integrity, sociality, nationality and sustainable development. The study aims to perfect and optimize the educational circumstance.The study is good for perfecting campus culture construction, and adds the campus material culture into spirit culture to integrate as a whole. It also improves the elementary education reformation.This study draws the theory of the campus material culture from four aspects, such as education ecology, courses statement, inbeing psychology and culture circumstance.
