The Problem And Countermeasure Study Of Baotou Railway Engineering School In Moral Education

School moral education work is the important link of training talent, under the socialist economic condition, secondary vocational school has carried out a series of reform on recruitment system which has been autonomous recruitment instead of planning recruitment by country to satisfy the social demand, which makes the school structure of source of students changed a lot. The quality of students are lower badly and present uneven and multidimensional situation, which expose more and more problems in the aspect of students morals who are not fewer any more. These changes corresponding give the school work of moral education increase difficulty, at the same time, bringing forward stern challenge.This paper takes Baotou Railway Engineering School as case. Through the questionnaire,accessing and espial ,the school work of moral has been diagnoses,which is discovered several aspect problems: It is not enough for paying attention to the school work of moral ,which also has been formalization trend ;the goal of school moral education work is unilateral,content dull,channel unitary,method simple and appraisement shortcoming encourage role; the persons qualified to teach strength of moral education is weak; the overall situation of educating the students hasn't been made up; the self-quality of most students exist some problem and so on.According to these problems, the author puts forward following countermeasure on the foundation of analysing the reason carefully:First, we should update concept and pay attention to the school work of moral education by accomplishing ideology;Second, we should establish the working system of moral education of reasonable and scientific—the content and goal of moral education should be suitable reality, the method of moral education should suit the students' characteristic, exploit the wide channel of moral education, the appraisement of moral education should be able to play hortative role;Third, we should construct the teachers troops of moral education of high quality;Fourth, we should strengthen the training for student ability quality;Fifth, we should optimize environment.
