In recent years, smart phones in the secondary vocational students gradually popularization, along with the rapid development of information and communication technology, to continuously strengthen the trend. Therefore, the steps of the new media era arguably came into the classroom, secondary vocational school and even students and are implicitly or explicitly changing everything on campus. Under the background of this era, as a secondary vocational students’ ideological and moral education and students’ daily management work main implementer of the secondary vocational school class teacher how to make moral education more effectively through innovation in into realization, into the brain, heart, and then into students aware behavior, became a wound does not open, that stand in front of his hide but realistic subject.New media is a "double-edged sword", the to the vast number of secondary vocational school students learning and living convenience and high efficiency at the same time, also to the class teachers in secondary vocational schools moral education management originally quite dilemma brought great challenges. All kinds of uneven, some good and some bad, dragons and fishes jumbled together information, impact on class core culture construction; virtual illusion of cyber space, the moral education work positions loss; lack of secondary vocational school students and class teachers in the media literacy, resulting in sudden events occur to have effect on; and intelligent mobile phone in the secondary vocational student groups in the popular, is also the objective to make the class control difficulty. Investigate its reason, the plight of class moral education in Secondary Vocational School under the new media era is mainly caused by the following reasons:the relevant departments of supervision mechanism of information release is not sound; vocational school students attach importance to media literacy is not enough; the lack of vocational teacher, oneself to the new media control and the ability to respond to the moral education work of outdated concepts, methods old, attraction is not strong; the use of smart phones and other new media tools of student management and guidance is not in place etc.. Therefore, we must add the continuous strong information release supervision system, optimization of media literacy learning environment, the creation of relevant media literacy learning courses, and constantly improve the teachers and students of new media literacy and innovation, content and mode of the teacher in charge of the ideological and moral education method under the new media environment, effective management and scientific guidance to use smart phones for students.
