The quality of the teaching level evaluation of college teacher impacts on the improvement of teaching performance. Teaching level evaluation of college teacher is an arduous and complicated task, and there are various of problems can't be solved. The practical field of performance technology is enlarged continuously, with performance technology developing speedily recent years. Its particular idea of solving problem provides a new thought for various difficult problems. The paper purposes to make the system method of performance technology apply to the teaching level evaluation of college teacher, to finding, analyzing and solving the problems in teaching level evaluation of college teacher.Combining ISPI performance technology, the performance analysis that oriented to aim developed by Schaffer and Douglas and the character of performance technology, the paper adopts literature, questionnaire and interview methods to analyzing the teaching level evaluation of a college teacher in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region from three aspects: the content of teaching level evaluation of college teacher, the program of implement and the disposing manner of evaluating result.The paper is divided into five parts. The fist part: introduction. It discusses the bringing forward of the issue, the purpose and meaning of research, the research status inside and outside, the research method and the main content. The second part: the theory integration of the performance technology and teaching level evaluation of college teacher. It discusses the concept, character and main content of the teaching level evaluation of college teacher, and the concept, character, main content and operating frame of performance technology particularly. This part dicusses the feasibility and necessary of performance applying to the teaching level evaluation of college teacher form the definition, character and content of them, and the actuality of the teaching level evaluation of college teacher.The third part: The performance analysis to the teaching level evaluation of college teacher. Combining the case, the part discusses the full process of the performance analysis of the teaching level evaluation of college teacher form collecting data of performance analysis, according to the expected objective defining confirms the distance of performance and the problems that lie in teaching level evaluation of college teacher, analyzing the problems and taking apart their reasons. It concludes the analysis table of reasons of the teaching level evaluation of college teacher, the sketch map of reason anatomy and flow chart of performance analysis.The forth part: the measure design to the problem of the teaching level evaluation of college teacher. This part brings forward the suggestion of adopting measures, confirms the extent of urgency of problems and the order of solving problems, to using the lowest expense, solving the most essential problem effectively, which aim to the distance and problem of performance in the case. It summarized the table of choosing measures of the teaching level evaluation of college teacher, to providing reference to universities.The fifth part: conclusion and the expectation of performance technology applying to the teaching level evaluation of college teacher. The part summarizes the main research fruit of the paper, and summarizes the performance technology operate frame that fit for the teaching level evaluation of college teacher according to the process of performance analysis and measure design. It discusses the shortage and the content what will be studied.In conclusion, the paper provides both the concrete method of performance technology applying to the teaching level evaluation of college teacher, and inspire of establishing and perfecting the system of the teaching level evaluation of college teacher.
