This paper makes more and thoroughly investigates on the teaching system of primary school in our country by using Document Method, Historical Method, Text-analysis Method and Interview Method. At the theoretical aspect, this paper inquiries into the basic meaning, type and function of teaching system, describes the development form of teaching system of primary school in our country in the periods of ancient, late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China, after new china and before carrying out Quality Education, and induces the characteristic of teaching system of each time, further enrich the theories research of teaching system. At the practical aspect, stands on the certain height to establish develop direction of humanization of teaching system of primary school, and makes a deep analysis on the un-humanized problem of current teaching system of primary school, in the end, puts forward basic suggestion of setting up humanization teaching system of primary school, provides certain revelation and instruction for the creative of teaching system of primary school in practice. This paper includes five parts.The first part is foreword. Mainly introduces the background, present condition, meaning, way of thinking, and method of research of teaching system in our country.The second part is about basic theories study of teaching system. First, this part redefines the concept of teaching system by analyzing the disadvantages of the present definitions, and points out that teaching system is a series of rule which is established on the base of behavior and process between the teachers and the students in the teaching activity. This part also inquired into the type of teaching system, and thought that teaching system can be divided into teachers'teaching system and students'studying system according to the different subjects. Finally, this part also inquires into the function of teaching system, and thought that it has the function of regulation, encourage and guarantee.The third part is about the history study of teaching system of primary school in our country. Describes the development form of teaching system of primary school in our country in the periods of ancient, late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China, after new china and before New Curriculum Implementation, and induces the characteristic of teaching system of each time. The characteristics of the teaching system of primary school in the ancient are that with the students'studying for normalizing point, science is not strong and lacking of unity. The characteristic of the teaching system of primary school in the Late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China are that with the teachers'teaching and the students'studying on the class for normalizing point, the unity strengthens, more reasonable. The characteristic of the teaching system of primary school in the period that after new china and before carrying out Quality Education are that with the teacher'daily teaching for normalizing point, systematize, refinement, quantitatively.The fourth part is about the study of teaching system of primary school at the background of New Curriculum. Firstly, the article starts from the request of New Curriculum Implementation and Humanistic Management principle to teaching system of primary school, points out the "Ought to" Trends of teaching system of primary school at the background of New Curriculum——humanization, then makes a deep analysis on the current teaching system of primary school, points out it's un-humanized problem having two main expressions: the teachers'teaching system pays more attention to rigid control, it inhibits teachers'teaching character and teaching creation. The students'studying system is old and inflexible, it inhibits students' subjectivities in learning. Then this part analyzes the historic and realistic reasons on missing of humanity of the current teaching system of primary school. Finally, this part provides macroscopic countermeasures and concrete suggestions for setting up humanized teaching system of primary school. At the macroscopic aspect, we need setting up the management principle of human-oriented, adopting the means of management of combining rigidity and moderation, insisting the flexibility principle, the open principle, and the democracy-participating principle. At the microscopic aspect, on one hand, this paper suggests that the primary school establishing the humanized teachers'teaching system ,that include the system of the combination of the collective preparing for lessons and individual preparing for lessons, the system of Level-Based Teaching, the system of teachers'teaching reflections, the system of open homework, the developmental estimation system of students'school work, and the evaluation and praise system of encouraging teaching creative. On the other hand, this paper suggests that the primary school establishing the humanized students'studying system, that include the preview system which can encourage students' subjectivities in learning, the system of students'participation on class and the review system which can help students learn to study.The fifth part is conclusion. This part reiterates the meaning of this research, summaries the result of this research, and points out the shortcomings of this research.
