Class is an important way to fulfill the aim of education and organize teaching activities. After analyzing the present situation of middle school history teaching, this thesis put forward the following opinions: the present history teaching can't keep up with the development of the students; the teaching methods are dull; teaching ideas are overtime and the class efficiency is much too low, which will affect the efficiency of history teaching in middles schools. This article has studied the theories of the effective teaching and analyzes the factors, which would affect the middle school history teachers. It will make the teachers clear that history teaching that is an important part of basic education has an important effect on cultivating students'creativities and tapping their latent powers.Having had a full and deep study on the elements affecting the history teachers in middle school and combined with the effective teaching theory, this thesis will expound from the following four aspects:1.Having studied the development of the effective teaching theories in and out of our country, it redefined the meaning of the effective teaching. It also analyzes the relationship between the teachers and students who are the main characters of teaching activity and take a full consideration of the rules between the history subject and the development of middle school students. It discusses the practical meaning of the effective teaching theory in history teaching.2. After it analyzes the present situation of history teaching ,it points out that the traditional examination oriented education is so powerful that the quality education can't be put into practice. Low efficiency ,invalid and no effect teaching can be seen everywhere, which terribly wastes the precious teaching resources. Based on these factors, it puts forward: the successful teaching highly depends on the behaviors of the teachers and the quality of teachers directly leads to the effect of the teaching efficiency.3. It makes a fully analysis of the history teachers'ideas ,teaching device, the responsibility of teachers and the teaching wits which would affect the history teaching in middle schools. It also defines the standers of the effective teachers that would be the models of the history teachers and make them to follow.4. It suggests the effective teaching tactics which would improve the history teaching quality and make a base for the really effective teaching.
