Teaching reforming is an important way to achieve the goal of the education reform.Although teaching reforming are done again and again, the present situation ,where teachers are tired while students feel bored in history class ,is not solved .How to fulfil the efficiency of history teaching and make students grow up happily is a problem that we teachers must face . Based on the present situation, many specialists and we teachers in the front line explore,conclude and practise continuously, which not only enrich the theories of the efficiency of history teaching, but also guide the teaching practice.By studying the theories of the effective teaching and analyzing the present situation of history teaching of Senior One, the article also studies why we do efficiency of history teaching and how we do it. This thesis will expound from two essential elements,namely , teachers and students,which affects the efficiency of history teachin.The main points are as follows:1 .Not only the basic qualities of teachers but also the basic skills of teachers is necessary for carrying out the efficiency of history teaching because students in Senior One don't think histoty is important and don't want to study it .Teachers who are doers of teaching reforming must have excellent qualities and solid and flexible teaching skills.Thus we teachers can do efficiency of teaching. The thesis points out the basic qualities and skills that history teachers should have.2.Students are the core of the effective teaching .So their learning attitudes ,conceptions, ability and participation affect the efficiency of teaching .Students must change the disadvantages which affect the effective teaching.3.The reflection after class seems a mirror,which can see teachers and students'progress. At the same time, it is a conclusion of history teaching.Not only can it help teachers and students know the advantages and disadvantages from teaching and learning but also it can promote teaching and learning methods in order to achieve the efficiency of teaching.Teachers and students can not be divided in the whole teaching process,and they affect and restrict each other.During the teaching reforming,teachers are doers and students are receivers. The thesis makes a fully analysis of the history teachers'ideas, teaching device, the responsibility of teachers and the teaching wits which would affect the history teaching in middle schools in order to help teachers find the suitable teaching methods and tactics to achieve the efficiency of history teaching.
