After liberating, the national educational undertakings in Huhhot has made great development and did great contribution for the development of economics and the progress of the various social undertakings for the whole city, even the whole province. But the development level of the national basic education, especially the development of education in schools which teaching in Mongolian exist a lot of problems which can not be neglected.The research method of this topic mainly takes qualitative analysis, and also use fixed quantity research. Study technique mainly use questionnaire, assisted with interview and takes relevant document laws accordingly.The full text is totally divided into five parts; the content is generalized as follows:The first part is a preface, which includes the background, aim and meaning of why I selected such a topic and the method and process of the research. After interpreting national education in Huhhot briefly, explain the reason why I selected such a topic and the theory and practical meaning of the theoretical system in constituting education of teaching in Mongolian, and provide operating basis for policy decision department.The meaning of national education is introduced in the second part. After giving a definition of national education, I briefly explained the studying direction of national education in Huhhot.The third part is research in the development of domestic and international schools teaching in native languages. According to the research of domestic and international multicultural education and bilingual, comprehend the history and present condition of the development of domestic and international multicultural, so as to provide background material for the following studying of analysis and countermeasure of schools teaching in Mongolian in Huhhot.The fourth part is analysis to the existent problems in primary and junior schools teaching in Mongolian. The problems mainly are: the quantity of school is too small; the amount of students is too small and even severity shortage; the age of teacher is older and older; the knowledge is too old and not response to modern educational development; national junior educational structure is single; educational occupation technique is too weak, etc.The fifth part put forward new thinking to propulsion the development of primary and junior schools which teaching in Mongolian in Huhhot. First, draw up special policy for national education. Second, with"bilingual"and"three languages"as breakthrough, deepen the reform in teaching area is the key which raises quality. Third, change the single structure of national junior education, strongly develop national technique education. The last is to strengthen teacher's troop construction, raise teacher's level, stabilize school layout, and increase student source.According to the analysis of investigate result on primary and junior schools teaching in Mongolia in Huhhot, this text aim to summary experience, attach people's importance to education which teaching in Mongolian, investigate countermeasure of keeping-on development of primary and junior schools teaching in Mongolia in Huhhot, provide science basis for government, serve for inheriting the excellent Mongolia culture, serve for the development of national foundation education in Huhhot, and promote the healthy development of primary and junior schools teaching in Mongolia in Huhhot.
