This article written based on the former studying, the writer researched uprising peasant-worker, the special phenomenon in China on the standpoint of it education requirment and career development and pondered their professional training in sociological and economic view. According to their community centralization, the writer selected Shenzhen, Don guan as investigating spots.Based on survey data, the writer attained new discoveries: First, peasant-workers' ownership and happiness in city are not strong, and the entire community could be divided into outstanding and ordinary people. Second, the regular education and training are the obviously functional human capital. The longer peasant-workers accepted education, the higher they will have imcome; the first barrier in seeking job is their cultural level and insufficient skills, the proportion of professional training they received before and after work is both low. Third, peasant-worker care about their further education and career development, they believe training is beneficial to their work, and their total demand of education is becoming large. The main purpose of further education is to enhancing their work competitive ability. Its demand trends to diversification, although there are so many subjective and objective obstacles, they put forward to many effective proposal about how to carry out training.Based on investigation of training organization, the writer discovered that quantity of training organization is increasing but still it can't meet demands, and had many problems: the training market is out of standard; lack of restraint mechanism causes the training price to be unreasonable. The training price is too expensive to peasant-worker and propaganda channel is imperfect. Advertisement is inconsistent to actual situation of school information of school is asymmetrical to peasant workers; school resource is deficient and the self-development ability of training organization is not strong; the teaching content is too simplified." ultra pragmatism" curriculum and teaching method become inevitable choice; vocational training and professional qualification test are departed, and training about it is out of standard.Through contrast analysis to peasant-workers' professional training demand and supply, and having many exterior disturb, we could found that present situation appeared "applauded but not implied", and it still couldn't avoid the fact of marginalize crisis. Therefore, the writer proposes the preliminary idea. The government mainly uses financial and non-financial measure to guide, support and regular ate peasant-worker's training project. Mentioned concrete implementation, we could hold the peasant-workers' flow direction and time to construct input and output training platform by the regional boundary.
