Research On Present Demand And Supply Situation Of The Diversification Preschool Professional

With the progress of the society,the deepening of basic education reform,and introduction of series of documents such as the Kindergarten Teachers’ Professional Standards and View on Strengthening the Construction of Kindergarten Teachers,preschool education are finally got attention as a part of the basic education.Society needs high quality pre-school education,so it needs the colleges to provied high quality preschool professionals because of the germination of the pre-school education related industries.However,the supply of pre-school professionals can not completely meet the market demand. In order to improve the professional quality of preschool professional, to supply the market with high quality pre-schooleducators,the diversification pre-school professional education in college should be sloved urgently. Around this center, this study was made of the following several aspects:First of all, it reviews the related literature about the preschool professional education in colleges,contradiction between demand and supply of pre-school professionals.Secondly, it discusses the composition of pre-school professional quality,according to the related demand and supply theory about diversification pre-school professional education and the comprehensive survey of demand through questionnaire, interview and so on.Thirdly,it analyses the training programof preschool professional education in colleges based on a questionnaire to find out whether there is a coincide between the the cultivation process and the concept.At the same time,it provides the difference between education objectives of the colleges and the requirements of the employer,the development insignificance of initial teachers,the understanding of current status of cultivation of students in school and the main problems existing in the present situation of demand and supply.Finally, it needs a long time to complete and reform the training mode of pre-school education in college,it can be accomplished step by step on the basis of the practice.According to catching the development features of the diversification pre-school professional education,this thesis gives some suggestions,1.The government should perfect the relevant policy guarantee system; 2. The colleges should improve and implement the training scheme; 3. The preschool students need to exert initiative and improve themselves; 4. Increasing the propaganda of scientific idea of preschool education and creating a good social atmosphere.
