Higher Education Individual Comsumer Rights And Interests Safeguard Research In Our Country

This paper studies the question and the contradiction existing in higher education individual consumer rights and interests maintenance, and emphatically analyzes from the expense angle the educated consumers' rights to know, rights to select, rights to interest and so on eight rights and interests, and then carries on the thorough discussion through the actual case to the partial rights and interests. Based on the confirmation of the higher education individual consumer rights and interests, this paper utilizes institutional economics theory, human capital theory, consumer economics theory to construct a theory foundation for university students' right safeguard system in our country, and attempts to construct a rights and interests security system for higher education individual consumers in our country from five aspects of idea, system, organization, team and consumer education.This system mainly includes: Firstly, enhancing to construct the idea of supervising the students according to school regulations and human-oriented. Secondly, strengthening the construction of macroscopic legal laws and regulations and the microscopic system; The universities must reinforce the construction of campus teaching quality security system, reform and perfect campus rules and regulations, construct the universities interior rights relief system; Establishing and perfecting school clerical work organization, defending impoverished students' social security rights system; Introducing social supervision, and establishing the open-styled student management system. Thirdly, establishing and perfecting the inner and outer school organizations to satisfy the students' rights needs and effective students' authority agencies, which can guarantee the students to obtain affair management, truly realizing university students' democratic management. Fourthly, focusing on strengthening skill education training of student management, speeding up career advancement of student management workers and carrying out the competition drive mechanism, setting up a powerful work team to maintain the students' rights. Fifthly, from strengthening education of educated consumers, letting the students realize to guarantee their own rights and interests, as well as need to show their own initiative, correcting the thought deviation of "extensive rights".The research characteristics of this paper are as follows: Firstly, from the point of the university student rights and interests, makes the explanation to university students' rights and interests from the management angle to economics angle; Secondly, this paper pays great attention to combination of the fundamental research and the practice research, and proposes a series of tentative assumption with practice instruction significance to construct university students' rights security system; Thirdly, utilizes the multi-disciplinary theory, based on the current domestic research, carries on a thorough and systematical research on constructing elements and structure of the student rights security system.
