Run By The Local University Teachers' Professional Rights And Interests Protection Research

As one of the most important parts, private universities draw more and moreattention from society. In the meanwhile, the problems in private universities appeared.The paper tightly focuses on the issue of lack of security of professional rights andinterests of the teachers in private universities. The paper introduces the contents of theprofessional rights and interests of the teachers in private universities. Simultaneously,the paper analyzes the results of the questionnaire and interviews with the professors,and draws the conclusion that there are many problems in the security of theprofessional rights and interests of the teachers in private universities. The author putforwards to measures and specific methods we should take to guarantee the professionalrights and interests of teachers of private universities。There are five parts in the paper. In the first part, the introduction part, the paperintroduces the source, literature review, and research methods. The first chapterintroduces the corresponding concept and the details in our constitution. The secondchapter analyzes of the recent condition. In the third chapter the author explains theproblems during the teachers’ protection of their professional rights and interests andgive the explanation of the problem happened. In the last part, the author offers thesuggestion to the problems and solves the problems.
