| Healthy people make their country stronger. Chinese government started the inspective system of people constitution and health in 2000, advocating the concept of nipping in the bud and making people healthy by themselves. Being the hope of our nation, students' constitution is strong or not has direct relation with our nation's future.Dalian University of Technology (DUT) implemented the system of P.E. teaching club in 1999, in order to inspire students' zealousness to do exercises. Every year, DUT do the physical test for new enrolled students since 2003.In the paper, we take the students of DUT as object. We held a physical testing for the samples which taking out from 6 different sport courses randomly in may 2006. Comparing the data of student's physical testing before they attended the P.E. teaching club with that of after they attended the P.E. teaching club by Paired-Samples T Test, we can learn the whole change and tendency of students' constitution, and so checking the impact of P.E. teaching club on students' constitution and health. Through studying the data of the student they joined the different sport course and had the different exercising time/times after class, we can inspect what happen to student's constitution. From which we find problems and put forward the relevant countermeasures.Through analyzing the datum, the results and conclusion is: First, for men, we know that the means' change of Step testing is no significance of difference; the rest are of significance of difference. And for women, both means of Step testing and Sit-up are of significance of difference; With the increasing and decreasing range of every index, we know that the average developing trend of the DUT students' constitution is better than that of the same age students' constitution of our nation in 2005. We can draw a conclusion that DUT P.E. teaching club is highly effective and feasible. Secondly, the change of student's constitution in 6 sport courses is different, so the conclusion is the students' constitution is in imbalance development. From the data of different exercise time/times after P.E. class, we know those doing exercise after P.E. class 3-4 times per week and 30-60min per time is the best than others for student's constitution and health. |
