In order to improve the level of undergraduates'of constitution and health, in different times, our country published a series standard, such as The System of Labor and Sanitation, The Standard of Physical Training, The Eligibility Standard of the Students and The Health Standard of the Students (testing scheme) and so on. But along with the development and the change of the society, at the end of 21th,lots of scholars have cognizance of the part of The Standard of Physical Training doesn't fit for the request of the development of the sport. Consider the content of the constitution test and estimate target have some limitation, and can't reflect the health status of the students. So in order to advance the health status of the students, edit and consummate these value standards, it's necessary to build a scientific objective all round rational and simple constitution health value standard of the students. This will impulses the school physical work and improves the constitution health level.This thesis is set about in historical evolvement, development and performance of the school sports system of different periods after the foundation of the state of our country from analyzing. Analyzing four kinds of representative sport standards, which the university of our country implements. And also discuss their one's own production backgrounds, meanings and function.The school physical education is the important part of our country's physical career and health education. Appraise the health status is also the important part of the school physical education. The health status level of the youth is the great invent of our national diathesis. It also connects to the buildup of the people and improves of the health level. It's an important target of the integrative national power. It's an important mark of the civilization and scientific level of the society. Other countries of the world think much of the health status of the students; especially some developed countries inspect the constitution status and most problem of the health. In this way they can hold the current in order to establish the corresponding education and provide data for the physical system.According to the six national constitution investigations in 1979, 1985,1991,1995,2000,2005 and the result of national constitution inspection in 2002.The compare with the beforetime, in spite of exist some questions, we find now the health status of the students are good. In order to carry out the guidance of the most important education is health education, improve the physical work, and the educational idea of the most important is health. According to the economic level and the health status, the government established The Health Standard of the Students (testing scheme), it incarnate the educational idea of the health is the most important. It's good for separate for teach and test; lead students join in the sport game. Let the students know the exercise custom is for life, create good condition for diathesis education. Aim at the research of the constitution and health status of the students is poor.
