Here ecological environment and humanities character and style are very primitive. So the first Chinese ecomuseum appeared. From then on Qingmiao villages had achieved unprecedented open degree and at the same time they had been the point of tourists, scholars, government officials and medias come form China and all over the word. The aim of the investigation of this paper is to master the culture's connotation of substance, system and energy. And consider solving these problems according to field research. The ecomuseum is the result after the industrialization in the western developed countries. Because the situation of a country is different between China and other countries and Guizhou also owns its presidial situation, thus the ecomuseum appears such-and-such matters in movement process. I will do my best to ravel the origin, background, conception, function and so on, the connection between ecomuseum and Qingmiao villages, the meaning of the ecomuseum towards environment and culture protection.
