The Research Of Guarded Children's Educational Problem Of Peasant Workers In Jilin Province

With the quickening of the reform and opening up paces of our country, further development of market economy, large quantities of peasant workers pour into the city, which has produced the educational problem of the peasant worker's guarded children. The education problems of the guarded children in the countryside are getting worse along with the extension of the peasant workers. The influence is even an important event relating to the exaltation of our countryside and the population quality of the whole nation and social stability. The nation and society should take effective measures to creat a favorable environment for their healthy development.The peasant worker's guarded children education is a problem that must be solved. The peasant workers play a great role on the urban construction and development. But the peasant worker's guarded children education has been treated extremely unfair in the city because of such reasons as the system obstacle and their own quality. The reasons for the admission difficulties these peasant workers'guarded children nowadays are in many ways, including the reasons of the society as well as those of the peasant workers'families. Therefore, the countermeasures for this should be analyzed and put forward from different point of views.I have my research begun with studying on the features,learning and living environment of the guarded children in jilin province which is a social vulnerable groups during the period of compulsory education, then I make a study on the relation and interaction between the guarded children and their parents, guardians, schools, communities and society, seeking the way to improve the educational environment of the guarded children in jilin province receiving the compulsory education, so that they can grow healthfully in a good environment.In the logic order of raising problems, analyzing problems and solving problems, I collect the papers throught the interviews and the asked-papers. At the moment I make use of documents analysis and make some probes about the problems of compulsory education to the guarded children whose parents are peasant workers in the jilin city. The dissertation is composed of forward, text and concluding remarks. The text has three component parts, the first problem is the chief one, that is the guarded children's number and structure; the second one is that the thing of the guarded children about their education, the third one is the solution of the guarded children's compulsory education.The dissertation has made some achievements, such as making it much clearer that we should make a further investigation and study about the problem of guarded children'compulsory education in the jilin city, summing up the effects that the parents of outward employment have on the guarded children, having it clear that every aspects and interactions which have effect on the guarded children's compulsory education.All the people should pay close attention to the problems of the compulsory education to the guarded children whose parents are peasant workers in the jilin city, in order to remove the harmful effects on the guarded children that the single-family life and learning environment have; It is necessary for the parents, schools and teachers to give a correct guide in the compulsory education because it has positive and negative influence on the guarded children whose parents are in outward employment; Province government should ensure investment in the jilin city compulsory education, arose the society-run education, which can make schools have much more energy to pay close attention to the problems of the guarded children's compulsory education; The government and society should cooperate in ensuring their rights and promote a fair development of education and social progress.
