Industrialization and modernization will inevitably cause the urbanization development, this is the world economy, social development of a universal regularity., The process of urbanization continues to increase,on the other hand,the demands of the market on the allocation of urban labor resource. Urbanization bring much benefits and chances, meanwhile, it is bring many social problems, especially the education problems of migrant workers’ children.In the process of our country urbanization accelerating, migrant workers has been as a special group exists between urban and rural areas. As a result, the tens of millions of migrant workers trailing their children’s education problem, under the concept of institutional barriers and discrimination of multiple crowd out, become after meet the basic life need food and clothing and a prominent problem. As early as the30s of the last century, the world’s immigration country, the United States, Spain, etc are the management of the floating population and their children’s education problem to attention, and gradually develop the purpose of protection policy and legal education fair in time, the effect is significant. In the process of urbanization, migrant children can enjoy the right to compulsory education fair, will be the key problems to be solved in urban development in recent years, but also related to the stable development of the city. Social stability, and all aspects of the interest coordination; Social justice, environment and harmonious interpersonal relationship, it is our social construction and development direction in the future.At first, the thesis sketched the present situation of migrant workers’children education and exiting problems. Based on the analyzing, the government and related parts has promulgated a series of policies to solution of current difficulty. Extending from the floating population to foreign children education experience of the relevant measures and practice experience for reference.Then, the thesis analyzes migrant children education the reasons.
