Study On The Adapting Of The PE Course In Heilongjiang Prince Higher Institution To The Creative Education Reform

It is a vital problem in the 21st century to carry out the creative education and cultivate creative intellectuals. The application of the creative education is the key of course reform. The courses are the center of education. The course reform is the core of the educational reform. Therefore the course and textbook reform has increasingly been a focus in the education circle and even in the whole society. At present, the PE course has not been part of the creative education. In addition, no one has not yet made an overall summary and general analysis about constructing the operation system of research on the work and the thesis about creative education an PE course, I made a full analysis of the concept, the view , the basic content, the theoretical basis of the creative education, and the related theory of the formation and development of the course field, especially the PE course. On the basis of it, I propose an important way to realize the creative education and the frame of the PE course reform in higher institutions in order to provide a theoretical foundation for the creative reform of the PE course in the higher institution.
