Reforms in the new turn foundation teaching curriculum, the sports curriculum reformed stepped out the solid step. New "National Ordinary College Sports Curriculum Instructed Summary" (i.e. summary) to manifest"the school edition to have fully to set up the health first guiding ideology", the prominent student in the sports teaching the dominant position, advocated improved student's quality comprehensively. Because the sports option class teaching conforms to university student's physiology, the psychological characteristic, broadly university student's affection, therefore is one kind of sports educational model which the current various universities use generally. It may play student's main body role fully, the reassignment study enthusiasm; May build the good education environment, causes to teach with study the harmonious unification; May train the student to grasp one, two sports special technical skill, causes it setting up lifelong benefit fitness consciousness.This article take the pedagogy, the sports study elementary theory as the basis. Uses the questionnaire survey procedure, the expert interview law, the mathematical method of average, research techniques and so on literature material law. Through student's investigation which as well as carries on the sports option class study to part assumption sports option class teaching teacher, to the existing sports option class teaching present situation, the teaching condition, the teaching appraisal and so on carries on the analysis discussion.This research conclusion is: First, the basis investigation and study, the Zhejiang Province universities sports teaching is basic all started from the freshman class to use the option class educational model. Second, various universities also have the certain problem in the option class course content arrangement, needs further to improve the consummation. Third, the investigation indicated the most university students to participate in the option class study the long term goal understanding to be insufficient, lack to the lifelong physical culture thought understanding. Fourth, the influence option class teaching quality primary factor includes: Sports location, equipment insufficient, student enthusiasm not high, student sports foundation bad, the option class project content are few, teachers population and teachers level factor and so on. Fifth, the sports option class appraisal system has the certain unreasonable aspect between various options class, between various options class evaluation criteria and the criterion are not unified. Also should perform to the sports option class appraisal content and the method to improve.This research unifies the Zhejiang Province universities sports option class the present situation, put forward following several proposals and the development countermeasure to the sports option class teaching: First, acts according to "Summary" newly the teaching changes the innovation thought, the universities leader must take and support the sports option class teaching. Second, in order to satisfy the student to the sports project study need, the school should further enlarge to the field hall construction and the instrument disposition funds investment, and improves the school by the unceasing enhancement the teaching facility and the environment. Third, the teacher while unceasingly is strengthening own study, the school also should take to the concurrently item of teacher and the young teacher's raise and the consideration introduces the new talented person. Fourth, divides into classes when the sports option class, should consider student's characteristic, carries on the different level according to the student sports foundation and the ability to divide into classes the teaching or to carry on the lamination teaching at the identical project instructors class. Fifth, the school should open some to have the leisure, the healthy body, interesting is stronger the emerging sports project which and the student likes. Sixth, unifies "Summary" newly the teaching appraisal instruction system, formulates the reasonable option class teaching result to evaluate the content, the method and the standard.
