The Research On The Developing Countermeasure About The Statue Of Women P.E. Teachers In Normal College In Nanjing City

Women teachers are an important part of teachers unit in normal college. Women P.E. teachers play an important role for cultivating elites who adapt the need of society and economy development. It has an active meaning for pushing quality education and constructing harmonious society to research the building and development of women P.E. teachers. Applying the document searching, questionnaire researching, specialty talking and some other methods, this article discusses and analyzes women P.E. teachers in normal colleges and put forward to some adapting development countermeasure.The research result indicates: the age structure of women teachers is reasonable, graduate and assistant professor are the key part in this structure. Women teachers are health and active characteristic, expecting to take part in some short-cultivating class. They have many lessons. Their work is regulation and has good effect. Some women teachers join in the training direct of balls, track and field. They take an active part in the supervising students'exercise out of class. Women teachers are satisfied with their family lives. For women teachers, the rate of passing foreign and computer level examination is lower than other teachers. Their work burden is heavy. There lies an unbalance phenomenon for treating sport training out of class. Women teachers'science research work is weak, the quantity and quality of science research is low. The students'sport associations have been built up in over-half of normal colleges. Most of women teachers haven't joined in directing work. For resolving these question, the author suggests that we should strengthen specialty education and development themselves in all rounds, build new sport subject ideas and women sport curriculum, open new sport training thoughts and improve sport research level, enhance mass work responsibility and embody women professional superiority. At the last the article also put forward to some countermeasure that women teachers should construct a good relation between family and their career, go in for a harmonious life.
