Research On The Present Situation And Investigation Development Countermeasure Of The National Wrestling Referee Team In China

Referee team is an important factor restricting the development of competitive wrestling,the growth and maturity of referees that it is of great practical significance to promote the development of competitive wrestling in our country in the aspects of standard,healthy and sustained development,understanding the development status of wrestling referees in china,to improve their overall quality is a long way to go.This study takes 139 national wrestling referees in China for 2013-2017 years as the object,using literature,expert interviews,questionnaires and mathematical statistics and other research methods,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 29 national wrestling referees,from the basic situation,business level,basic quality of three aspects,systematic analysis of the status quo of the national wrestling referees in china,on this basis,summed up the current stage of China's national wrestling referee team problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the development of national wrestling referees in china.To provide theoretical support for the training and growth of China's national wrestling referee team in the future,it provides reference for the referee system of the relevant departments,in order to further improve the overall level and overall quality of the national wrestling referees in china,to build a strong referee team.Through the study,the following basic conclusions are obtained:1.The age structure of national wrestling referees in China is unreasonable,there are obvious gender imbalance problems,higher educational background,the occupation distribution is reasonable,most of them have some sports experience.2.Most of the national wrestling referees have certain level of wrestling skills and tactics,the level of on-the-spot judgment is higher,however,the ability to deal with emergencies,the ability to unite and cooperate and language ability need to be further strengthened;the mastery of competition rules is ideal,but the level of foreign language and computer is insufficient.3.Our country wrestling referee's professional ethics level,physical quality is higher,but the psychological quality needs to be improved,very susceptible to various stimuli,that leads to a lack of concentration in the game.4.The number of China's national wrestling referees is increasing,quality improved significantly,however,there are still many problems to be solved.Outstanding performance in: age structure is not reasonable,the technical movements are not skillful enough,weak language ability,poor foreign language and computer skills,psychological quality needs to be improved.5.Promoting the development of national wrestling referees in china,to optimize and perfect the basic structure of the team,strengthen self study and improve the skill of wrestling skill,improve language expression ability,improve their foreign language proficiency and computer skills,perfect competition system,provide more law enforcement opportunities for referees.
