During the development of the long history, china has created abundant old cultures, and also formed the rich aesthetic ideology and theory. The period of Chun qiu and Zhan guo, in which our physical activities reached a very high level, is a dynamic period in the history of the aesthetic ideology.This essay begins with the origin of the character"Mei", and then analyze the relationship between"Mei"and the physical education according to"Li"and"Yue"of the early Qin Dynasty. The Confucian school gradually undergone the esthetic division between body and heart. While the"Yue", as a key clue in the developing process of the Confucian school's physical education aesthetic ideology , reflects such a process: from the original meaning about"Ren"of Confucian and the"Yang qi"of Meng zi , to the"Wu yu shen mei"of"Xun zi". It reached a high level at the time. In the Taoist school, which was rooted in the worship of the goddess, the concept of following the nature became the basic standard of physical educational aesthetics, which was asked to respect human beings and adhere to the nature. At that time, there appeared some methods, such as"Xin zhai"and"Zuo wang", in order to understand the meaning of life. The physical educational aesthetic ideology of the Taoist school pays attention to the life and the nature, as well as pursues the beautiful patterns received from exceeding.
