As the teacher-and-student relation's core essential factor, the teacher-and-student psychical distance is the practical significance question extremely and is worth us paying attention to research and discuss in teaching. But through the former material consult and analysis and reorganization, we can find easily, at present about teacher-and-student psychical distance's far-and-near degree question, the scholars and the teachers have the intense dispute, the question doesn't have the conclusion. Moreover, the research has all kinds of insufficiencies. Not only that, in daily secondary education and teaching process, the teacher-and-student psychical question is very complex and difficult, it is affecting teachers'teaching and students'study to a certain extent. In view of this, we think it is necessary to conduct the research and ponder to the teacher-and-student psychical distance. This article uses the literature material and the case analysis method and tries to research teacher-and-student distance systematically in the middle school stage from two stratifications of practice and theory and explains the teacher-and-student distance comprehensively and systematically and hopes to make up the former studies'insufficiency and deepens people's understanding to the teacher-and-student. The article's research emphasis stresses on three aspects: 1.Promote the teacher-and-student distance to a theory altitude and unify the middle-school-student body and psychical character and elaborate and induct and reorganize the definition, type, integrant part, character and necessity of the teacher-and-student distance. 2. through the case research method, unify the representation and typical nature questions of the teacher-and-student distance in middle school and discuss the question further from these three aspects of the teacher-and-student near excessively and far excessively and from near to far and analyze its respective advantages and seek the optimum answer of teacher-and-student distance from the angle of practice. 3. From the angle of esthetics, according to Edward Baough"the psychical distance theory", analyze the rationality of the teacher-and-student distance. At the same time, with the aid of former achievement of the teacher and student type division, discuss the assurance of the teacher-and-student and point out how the different kind of teachers should process and improve the teacher-and-student psychical distance and how the different kind of teachers should improve the student's relations. Through theory and practice organic synthesis, this article not only fills the fundamental research blank of the teacher-and-student distance and promote people's understanding to the teacher-and-student distance but also teachers may understand and grasp the teacher-and-student distance more correctly in educational teaching. Thus we can solve the practical teacher-and-student distance effectively in the process of teaching and improve the teacher-and-student relation further and create the good teaching environment and then enhance the teaching quality and efficiency.
