Secondary vocational education which belongs to stage of high school education, is the importance part of our country vocation education system. In order to promote moderate development of economy society and other kinds of education , and to develop millions of excellent worker, Secondary vocational education developed strongly is important mission given our party and country, is also one of the strategic points of national education in the future.We don't doubt that vocation education got a substantial development and made great contributions to socialism modernization construction from reforming to opening. But in the newly situation, vocation education made a notable impact on Secondary Vocation School of Hohhot and had a few developing problems of the exterior environment and Secondary Vocation School itself. We learned by experience and practice of the foreign occupation education. It can solve two key problems on promoting school better development, refining exterior environment and strengthening inner construction.Based on the development of China and world vocational education, it is important to develop secondary vocational education in the present and a long period in our country. This article analysis Some external and internal problems existed in the secondary vocational school education in development in Hohhot ,such as deficient labor access system, lack of supervision in enterprise employing; system of constraint intensive development, difficulty in optimizing vocational education resources; The low wages of skilled workers, deviation of study guide; undone trade mechanism, difficult cooperation between school and enterprise ,and so on external factor and single schools form, low employment, poor conditions of schools, teachers shortages, poor management etc. some suggestions are made in practice, to enforce labor access system, to intensify supervision in employing, to enforce cooperation between school and enterprise, to change school mechanism; to breakthrough single qualification education model; to improve the school external education. From reason, the article introduce eight sides of internal construction, establishing long–term development plan; establishing smooth channels of information; completing enrollment and employment; constructing the training system in urban and rural; broadening the schools channels; raising the level of management and the quality of schools; strengthening teachers construction and forecasting market development. in order to promote better development of secondary occupation school, conceive of occupation education ,take some constructive suggestions, and try to explore occupation education development that can absorb a foreign occupation education experience and adapt our city occupation education. .
