With the rapid development of China’s economy, flourishing, laborers’ social needs large number of professional and technical personnel and high-quality. At the same time, countries to increase efforts to support occupation education, education reform deepening. So today the development of occupation education in our country is very fast, medium occupation school education, people pay more and more attention.As a basic course in secondary occupation school, moral education plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating students’ ability and quality. However, the rapid development of moral education in secondary schools teaching occupation relative economic society is still lagging behind, unable to meet the social need for talents with high quality. Although the moral education course is the main channel of the moral education in middle occupation school, but has not received enough attention, the moral quality of teaching and the teaching effect is not ideal. How to take appropriate measures to improve the situation of the reform of moral education, the teaching level, has become the primary task to solve the moral education in secondary occupation school teaching condition, but also the urgent need for secondary vocational moral education teachers, study and solve major issues.This article embarks from the reality, using questionnaire, interview and observation, the study status of secondary occupation school students, teaching attitude, teaching concept, teaching content, teaching method and means, the six aspects of the personal development of teachers and so on. Dalian three medium occupation schools180students and12moral course teachers questionnaire. Also through classroom observation and the employer concerned leader interview, from the point of view of the moral education in secondary occupation school teaching status and improvement method. Through the analysis of survey results, find out the existence of moral education in secondary occupation school teaching problems, and put forward the countermeasures. This paper is divided into four parts:The first part, the problem. This paper points out the problems to be solved, namely, the moral education in secondary occupation school teaching has some problems to be solved, decided to analysis the causes of the problems through the investigation and study, and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem. At the same time, pointed out the significance of this study, and the "school","moral education" and "moral education" three concepts.The second part, the review of related literature at home and abroad. Search the related literature at home and abroad, present situation and development trend of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the study of teaching the course of moral education from the two aspects of the implementation and present research status and development trend of foreign occupation school’s moral education and domestic medium occupation school moral education.The third part. the investigation and analysis of the status of moral education course teaching medium occupation schools. Learning from the present situation of the secondary occupation school students, teaching attitude, teaching concept, teaching content, teaching method and means, the personal development of teachers in six aspects of Dalian City three secondary occupation school,180students and12teachers were investigated, using questionnaires, interviews and observation of three methods. Through the investigation and summaries the existence of moral education course of secondary occupation school teaching problems, and analyze the existing problems.The fourth part, put forward the countermeasures to improve the moral teaching medium occupation schools. Learning from the present situation of the secondary occupation school students, teaching attitude, teaching content, teaching method and means, teachers’ personal development six aspects give the improvement of moral education and puts forward the countermeasures and advice.
