Followed the new turn of Basic Education Revolution, comprehensive practicecourse enters the school teaching schedule for the first time. The Basic educationRevolution Bill (white paper) regulates that from the elementary schools to the highermiddle schools that should set the comprehensive practice course in the teachingschedules. The main content of the course included: information skills education,searching study, community service and social practice, label and skill education. Thecomprehensive practice course emphasizes that students could strong their exploredand creative thinking, get the right study method, improve the ability of usingknowledge comprehensively, close the relationship between schools and the societyand raise the students' social responsibility by practice.The comprehensive practice course is the shining point of the new course, andalso the hard one. It is the player of the three degree course, in the other word,comprehensive practice course is the one regulated by the nation, managed by thelocal government, developed and carried out by the schools. My research is based onthe study of the local Mongolia elementary schools. With sortie detailedquestionnaires answered by a lot of teachers and students in the Mongolia elementaryschools, we can see the results of carrying out the course. As to the existed problems,I get some theories to solve them which are based on the research. In this way; it willbe true that under the control of the nation, the school edncation will have the localspecific. With the hope that, this study will be some useful to the comprehensivepractice course carried out by schools in the Inner Mongolia or other Minority nationareas.The paper is formed by the following four parts:Chapter one: The paper in this chapter declares the reasons of choosing the topic,at the same time gives a profile of the background the comprehensive practice course,and also the purpose and the method of the study.Chapter two: First, there is an introduction of the development process of thecomprehensive practice course which from two sides to describe the history of the course. By compared between the native and abroad, it is easy to describe the natureof the course. Based on those, I describe the formulation and specific of the course inthe theory and declare the relationship among comprehensive practice course, course,practice course, subject course and comprehensive course.Chapter three: With the questionnaires, I get a conclusion and analysis of thesituation of the course in the Inner Mongolia schools.Chapter four: Based the research, I come up some theories on carrying out thecourse. First, teachers and execute of the practice course. Second, students andexecute of the practice course. Third, stick to the teaching schedule, develop thecourse resource. Forth, improve the evaluate system.
