The curriculum problem is always the hot and difficult point which the educational circles care for. The school course is a complex system. The selection of curriculum and curriculum's content directly decides students' knowledge, ability and comprehensive quality structure. The curriculum system is evolving along with the development of society, discipline and students, and is the manifestation consist with educational ideas and aims. If university cannot reasonably construct the curriculum system of undergraduate's education, form the plan of overall optimized curriculum system, and arrange the connection between curriculum's each element and its distribution from the integrity, the adaptation, the relevance, the gradation, individuation and so on, it will not be able to fully display the important function of the different type and gradation of university in training quality workers, outstanding founders, top-notch personnel, talents of new generation living in Chinese great revival.This research, with the aid of pedagogy, the curriculum discusses, the teaching discusses, the educational sociology and so on, and with the adoption of literature studying method, comparison analysis method, survey procedure and so on, analyses the optimization of curriculum system during the training of university's undergraduates in theory and practical survey. The paper, from the development of society's technology and economy, higher-education self development, student's individual development, elaborates the trouble of how to set and select university's courses, and describes the research situation of curriculum system's optimization that the scholars home and abroad have done, based upon it,discusses the basic meaning of curriculum and its system, the nature of curriculum system's optimization and the basic classification toward curriculum, systemically analyses the present situation, existing question, and influential factors of our country's university and investigates the basic features and measures of the optimization of the university's curriculum system.The research discussed the optimization of university's curriculum system for the sake of schools, and pointed out that the optimized curriculum system has the features of integrity, openness, flexibility, interdisciplinarity and uniqueness, the optimization of curriculum system should abide by the basic principles of systematicness, sustainable development, perspective, the fewer but better, the individuation. Paying close attention to economic development of society' technology and culture, the needs of society and running schools' practice, fortifying the guide of scientific theory and conception toward curriculum's practice, determining the scientific curriculum aims and the destination of training talents, coordinating the relationship of every course, improving school's conditions, establishing efficient system of evaluating courses, was the purpose of realizing optimized curriculum structure, and forming scientific, efficient, self featured curriculum system. It has the important reference value to the university's curriculum practice.
