On one hand, the current society has a strong demand for more highly skilled employees, on the other hand, students cultivated by higher vocational college cannot meet corporations'requirements. These show that the current vocational training has a problem. The course structure is the core of the curriculum. It puts the educational idea and concept into practice, and it is the carrier of higher vocational education. Whether the higher vocational curriculum structure is reasonable, it largely determines the quality of higher vocational talents training. At present, researches on general educational curriculum structure are studied more deeply, but the researches on vocational educational curriculum structure are rare. The monograph on Higher vocational course structure is less, Ph.D. Thesis is also seldom involved in this content, the analysis of Master thesis are also not in-depth and system. Though they have different talent training types and design of course structures, our vocational course structure shares some similarities with general educational courses structure to a large extent. With the theory and method of system theory, it is necessary to construct and optimize higher vocational curriculum structure combined with the characteristics of higher vocational colleges.In this paper, I make " research on optimization of curriculum structure for higher vocational college based on system theory" as the subject and study it according to the idea of discovering, analyzing and solving problems.The first part explains the reason for the study, the achievement of research both here and abroad and the framework of this study. The second part explains some relevant theoretical knowledge in the optimization of higher vocational curriculum structure. At first, some concepts are explained and analyzed, such as system theory, higher vocational college, course structure, optimization, so that the content and range of this paper are determined. And then I introduce some relevant theoretical knowledge to deepen the understanding of the course structure. Finally, I expounds the theoretical basis of curriculum structure's optimization. All these are to find strong theoretical support for this paper. The third part analyzes higher vocational talents training system. As the vocational courses structure is an important carrier of vocational training, it is necessary to examine the course structure from greater system. In this part, I analyze the higher vocational talents training system, making sure that the talent evaluation is the motivation mechanism of higher vocational talents training system and curriculum reform is the entry point of reform of vocational training system. The fourth part illustrates the current problems reflected in the vocational course structure from the perspective system theory. Combining the influence factors of higher vocational curriculum structure, it analyzes systematically the curriculum of higher vocational courses from the static and dynamic perspectives. Finally, higher vocational courses system are reconstructed according to the characteristics of higher vocational talents training. The fifth part puts forward suggestions and countermeasures about the higher vocational course structure from aspects of concept, system and the operation. The sixth part summarizes and rethinks our research.
