With the arrival of popularization of higher education, the personal of university training occurred on a series of changes, so that the type of Chinese universities were divided into research universities, teaching universities and technology-based vocational college vocational . This study on undergraduate teaching universities, research was conducted curriculum, teaching universities and personnel training objectives should be defined as quality education, the main basis of the quality of training college students, social quality and professional qualities. Universities should take from the overall situation in mind, focusing on curriculum integration, promote comprehensive development of students, fully reflect the popular stage of the teaching-based universities function, people first, respect the students right to free choice and innovation, reflected the characteristics of the principle of university, build quality education and the curriculum., construction of the curriculum quality education. Curriculum courses mainly by self-cultivation, survival courses and professional courses constitute the three major sections, and in the course of the permutations and combinations have their own unique perspectives. Also pointed out that the goal of reaching teachers in curriculum system's role, should reform the irrational mechanisms actively and protect the curriculum continued to run well.
