Research On The Student Aid Under The Background Of Paid Postgraduate Education

With the constant development of our country's higher education, the postgraduates' recruitment is enlarged accordingly. The government finance can not afford to burden the educational expenditure and allowance increased day by day. The single outlay source of postgraduates' education has restricted the development and affected the increase of quality of postgraduates' education. Many countries have being explored actively more new way to share the postgraduate's educational cost. Meantime, some countries give the students financial aid on the base of their fees. The perfect financial aid to postgraduates is indispensable links and financial means to ensure the justice, to increase the quality, to realize the control and to optimize the structure if the postgraduates' education is charged. This subject is launched under this kind of background.The research object of this subject is about the postgraduates in our country. The author analyzes the student aid under the background of paid postgraduate education from five aspects. The subject's aim is to giving policy suggestion for establishing and consummating postgraduates' financial aid for our country and providing some thought for the aid policy reformation in my university through analyzing the theory base and background of the postgraduates' aid, comparing the other countries' experiences and exploring the existing problems in postgraduates' aid in our country. The subject consists of five parts.Chapter 1 is introduction. The author sets forth the origins, the purposes and meanings of research, the theory basis, the key concepts, the researching methods and contents of the subject and so on.Chapter 2 analyzes the theory basis, the function, principia needed obeyed and the necessity of implementing student financial aid under the background of paid postgraduate education.Chapter 3 studies the history development course of our country's postgraduate aid, the relationship between the postgraduate's double identity and financial aid, the source of aid outlay, the actual state of postgraduate aid and the exploring the existing problems present in postgraduate financial aid. Chapter 4 is to provide some useful suggestion though comparing the foreign countries' postgraduate financial aid.Chapter 5 gives some policy suggestion for establishing and consummation postgraduates' financial aid for our country and providing some useful thought for the aid policy reformation in my university through aiming at the present state and existing problems.
