With the continuous development of economic globalization and the fierce social competition strengthen,the construction of socialism urgently requires a large number of talents with competition consciousness and cooperative spirit of innovative since twenty-first century.However,the primary and middle schools always pays more attention to teachers in the classroom and ignore the cultivation of students' consciousness of cooperation and cooperation skills in China.With the change of the times,the teaching of primary and secondary education in our country has been hit.Therefore,our country began to carry out the eighth basic education curriculum reform in the beginning of twenty-first century.The purpose of the curriculum reform of basic education curriculum reform is to "focus on knowledge transfer from a simple change to guide students to learn,learn to cooperate,learn to live,pay attention to the comprehensive development of students".With the implementation of the new curriculum reform,cooperative learning teaching method in China's primary and secondary school classroom teaching is popular and effective.However,there are still some problems in the process of ideological and political teaching in senior high school.Based on the analysis of student behaviors,the first is that the role of the cooperative group is too single.Cooperative learning is not a speak but a discussion between team members.In fact.they are repeating the same work although each person has a different role title.The second point is the cooperation what is not enough in the coopertive group.Each member's work is limited to the role of their own requirements,or they do all work in the group,or their do nothing as a spectator.In addition,from the student's consciousness level,students don't understand how to cooperative learning.Therefore,this study will combine with the practice of ideological and political course in high school to the corresponding solution.This paper is mainly divided into the following six parts:The first part:Through searching,sorting and analyzing the relevant literature of cooperative learning to found that therotical achievement is rich,but which related to team roles are very few.And the research combined with teaching practice of high school ideological and political course is very few.Therefore,this study has important theoretical and practical significance.The second part:This part is based on the theory of division of roles.It is found that positive interdependence is one of the basic elements of cooperative learning,and it is an important link in the formation of role interdependence through the construction of cooperative learning.The third part:The ideological and political course of high school to explain implementation causes of cooperative learning have five reasons:the first one is to put forward new requirements for the high school ideological and political classroom teaching in the new curriculum reform in senior high school;the second one is the goal of Ideological and political course is to promote the all-round development of people;the last one is the main content of Ideological and political course in high school moral education.The forth part:This part describes principles,methods and specific implementation process of the role division of the team.Based on the theory of "people oriented" in Marx'stheory of "human nature",this paper expounds three principles and methods of the division of roles of the team in the cooperative learning activities.Then describes the specific steps team roles according to the principle and method of team roles:Design diversification and cooperating role;the students' understanding of the role and self contrast;the student teacher assistant team roles.The fifth part:Through the practice of cooperation in the survey on the use of team roles of study to found that there are several aspects of daily classroom teaching:classroom' disorder;students' participation is low;the team role is single;the team members with the lack of responsibility between team members and its causes;mutual prevarication.The sixth part:This part is combined with the principles and methods of the division of the role of the team role in the classroom teaching of the third part.First,this part analysis of the ideological and political course of high school cooperative learning the necessity and feasibility of implementing team roles,and then analyzes the lesson's design after the implementation of the feasibility and importance of role assignment in high school ideological and political class.The seventh part:This part is the conclusion draw the corresponding conclusions,and future research prospects.
