A Discussion On Based-management Of Classroom In Middle Schools

The class human-based management is the development request of persons and ages. Nowadays, with the development of industry and changes with each passing day of science and technology, it is a society which competes most vigorously, bringing people the perplexity, fickleness and uneasy of their minds. As the request of labor intensive type is fading away gradually to catch up the ages, innovating persons will be needed now. Affected by traditional thoughts, the class management of the middle schools in the our country makes the students human nature suppressed, the corpus unexercised, and the character unopened, which is needed to be improved urgently. Having checked a great deal of cultural heritage data, interviewed many middle school teachers, tallied up my teaching experience and analyzed the present condition of class management, I try to set up a new kind of class management mode-- human-based management that matches the human nature and ages to promote the class management of the middle schools and the healthy of the students.
