The Study On Target And Method Of Personnel Training Of Teaching-research Universities

Universities have long focused on personnel training, which also is an essential target. Different types of universities should have the different targets and features on personnel training. It is the essential prerequisite of studying the problems of personnel training to identify the type of universities accurately.Recently, the research on the classification of universities has been becoming a hot topic of higher education area. National and international scholars did the research on the classification of universities and acquired more achievement which was provided the value of learning science very much. This paper makes a rational consideration and summarizing of the intention and characteristic of teaching-research universities on the base of comparing and analyzing and admitting the result of those researches. The points of the paper are the target and method of personnel training of teaching-research universities. The target of personnel training of universities means level and type of talent universities should cultivate as well as paying attention to the standard of quality. The paper pointed out the target of personnel training in teaching-research universities from the side of type,level and quality of talent which based on recognizing the target of personnel training overall and analyzing the current situation on personnel training in our county and comparing the different characteristic of teaching-research universities with research universities and teaching universities. The method of personnel training in teaching-research universities means how to realize the target of personnel training. It includes teaching, practicing and researching methods. They organically combined to realize the target of personnel training in teaching-research universities. Therefore, teaching-research universities should clarify the target of personnel training which is based on the features and conditions of themselves and select the proper methods of their personnel training and provide the talent not only to meet the social needs but also to have much potential.
