The Study On The Personnel Training Program For Major Of Ethnology In Chinese Universities For Nationalities

The universities for nationalities is the frontier of solving the ethnic problem.Trainning the professional ethnology talent,in the universities for nationalities would be an important link to further study the ethnological culture and to solve the ethnic problem.With the increase of the importance of the ethnic problem,the demand of ethnology talent is becoming more and more urgent.This situation will put forward new requirements for the efficiency and reform to the personnel traning program for major of ethnology.Based on Taylor's theory of curriculum and Bloom's theory of educational objectives,the main research methods include documentary research, comparative method, Interview and survey method will be used to analysis four personnel training program for ethnology from four universities for nationalities.The main link of personnel training program include the training objectives, training requirements and Curriculum.The similarities and differences and characteristics of the four personnel training program will be showed through the training objectives, training requirements and Curriculum.The certain problem would be found in the similarities and differences and characteristics of the four personnel training program.The problem of training objectives include too much training orientation, low target level, separated from society and serious homogenization.The problem of training requirements include incompleted, confusion and lack of characteristics.The problem of Curriculum include chaos content and the disorder of organizational structure. Through the analysis of the training program to survey the ethnology talents crisis and opportunities. Building the applicational ethnology talents training target oriented local society and the ethnology talents core requirements,refined curriculum objectives from the ethnology talents core requirements and the construction of Competency Based Education system. Will provide some ideas of function and effectiveness of optimiztion on the personnel training progam for ethnology.
