we choose 3-3-3 training model as the important research model through run after the altitude training of swimming national team .For taking deeper research ,we sum up three different space time phase of preceding altitude training ,altitude training and offspring altitude training;at the same time ,by taking the means of expert chat and questionnaire ,for searching the suitable training load of our national excellent swimmers,we investigate the present situation of our national swimming altitude training and find out four important element.1. It is the obvious effect for excellent swimmers to arrange reasonable training load of altitude training of preceding competition.2. It is the sufficient time to adapt and adjust the training plan.we need put enough training load on swimmers at the preceding phase.especially,increase the percent of .The character of training load is close to the common preceding three weeks competition.To ensure the athlete keep the good sport abilities,we should avoid the concentrating training of water special training and deck special training.3. It is important to grasp the interval of a few key intensity training class ,especially to ensure the athlete finish the intensity training class at high qulity, and control the percent the general training load of altitude training lower than that of plain.To keep the explosive strength of the deck,we need reduce the time ,quantity and quality of deck training.At the same time ,we should reinforce the supervise of medical affairs and scientifically value the athlete training situation.4. It is important to control the intensity of training load at the phase of altitude offspring.If we pay more intensity training load on athlete,we need give more time to adjust the plan of the training .5.
