Objective: The system of scientific training is the exploring topic which are actively pursuing by people presently, the purpose is to show maximum training effect on competition, although the importance of which has been known to everyone, it has also various of opinions with many people. Therefore, I'll combine previous research and based on the study of pre-match situation of Henan province elite rowers preparing for the national championship to mainly discusses the characteristics of the pre-match training load, the arrangement of the training volume and training intensity and training cycle three aspects. Purpose is to provide theoretical reference for Henan rowing team of scientific training, and to provide theoretical supporting for the improvement of overall level in our nation rowing, at the same time provide powerful reference to other pre-match projects.Methods: This study uses the track recording for data collection, and file management in the Henan rowing team. Through done mainly experimental method for athletes physiological indexes collection, finally using the literature material method and qualitative analysis method to complete this study.Results:(1) In the days before the training arrangement,the adjust the reduction is five weeks in the Pre-match, and then enter the race;(2) The condition of pre-match big training load is similar to basic training load throughout the year and there is a big training in the three weeks before of the competition, later, it is Exponential Taper-Slow Decay(3) Pre-match has been to big strength training, but close to the volume decreases.(4) The change of the athletes aerobic capacity will have an impact to the athletic ability, the index's instability or reduced to a certain extent affect the players play.Conclusion:(1) In the days before the training arrangement,the adjust the reduction is five weeks in the Pre-match, and then enter the race;(2) The condition of pre-match big training load is similar to basic training load throughout the year and there is a big training in the three weeks before of the competition, later, it is Exponential Taper-Slow Decay(3) Pre-match has been to big strength training, but close to the volume decreases.(4) The change of the athletes aerobic capacity will have an impact to the athletic ability, the index's instability or reduced to a certain extent affect the players play.Research conclusion:(1) the henan rowing excellent athletes before the training load is significantly higher than the domestic and foreign excellent athletes, training volume in one of the women even exceeded the level of outstanding female athletes in the world, man's training load has reached the international level of elite male athletes;(2) on the intensity of training load, the pre-match training load intensity presents a "pyramid" type;(3) the stage of training before the game for 10 weeks, 8 weeks before did not appear obvious volume to drop, before two weeks after the start to appear obvious reduction, reduction amplitude respectively a quarter- a third(2 weeks) before the game, only 1/2(1 week) before the game;(4) reduction stage before the game, before there is an obvious big volume of the week, such arrangement is in line with "stimulus- adaptation theory;(5) the pre-match training of athletes during the key competitive ability- aerobic capacity and related hemoglobin(Hb), creatine kinase(CK) and urea nitrogen(BUN), and other indicators of change shows that good athletes into the state of competition.
